OUR STORY
Zamboni is the latest restaurant from Michael and Annette Dearth, and the sister restaurant to Baduzzi. Like Baduzzi, pasta sits at the heart of what we do with beautiful, fresh extruded pastas along seasonal dishes and specialties from the Josper wood-fired grill.
Executive chef Federico Schincariol who hails from Northern Italy, brings his experience and expertise to the menu, keeping things generous, flavourful, and unfussy. The space is warm, lively, and easy-going, with a stunning courtyard made for long lunches, afternoon drinks and relaxed dinners with friends and family.
